Admission facts about FLA

At Fordham Leadership Academy, prospective students may apply through our Early Scholars, Early College program, Computer Science Software Development CTE program, Computer Science non-CTE program, and Future Scholar program. FLA is not a screened school and requires prospective scholars to immerse in the world of academics, leadership, and develop the skills necessary for post secondary success, in alignment with the FLA Graduate Profile.

What we look for

  • Attendance. We want you in the building with us! Maybe attendance was an issue in Middle School, but High School is a new beginning. Our goal is 95% attendance or above for every scholar.
  • Mindset. Do you have a growth mindset? Are you ready to challenge yourself to be your very best?
  • ELA and Math scores- the higher, the better. However, we will support you in your journey wherever that starting point may be.
  • Students interested in advanced courses. We want you to graduate with college credits and will support your journey in doing so.
